On Tuesday, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, opened the exhibition of the advanced Korean production and cultural values "Korean Culture and High Technology" in the Parliament.
In the opening address, the Head of the Parliament stated that opening of the exhibition was even more welcome in view of the recent visit of the parliamentary delegation to the Republic of Korea. "It seems to be a continuation of the visit to this wonderful country," he stated. "During the visit, we felt the heart and soul of the Korean people, sensing affinity despite the distance."
"There should be mutual benefit in the matters of cooperation in the sectors to determine the future of the humanity," the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada declared.
V.Lytvyn stated that the Republic Korea looked like a future Ukraine. "We have seen the Republic of Korea as a global state that lives with the future in mind. This country has innumerable cutting-edge developments," he stated.
However, the Head of the Parliament stated that Ukraine also had the capacities of interest to the Republic of Korea. He expects the parliamentary exhibition to complement the supreme policy, and "fill the intentions and plans with practical results."
V.Lytvyn attaches great importance to the pragmatic positive results to be reached by the Parliaments. "We will communicate unconventionally, reaching the solutions for the government and the businesspeople in view of the large-scale event EURO-2012," the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada declared.
